D. House gets its name because of the street it lives on.

Apartment designed for AirBnb renting.

The conversation for this project started like this : “I want to feel like I live in a boutique hotel, but with a feeling of home”. For the concept and design of this apartment, we had to keep in mind an AirBnb oriented use, but also suited for time to time personal use of the owner.

The starting point of the project was : instagrammable design meets functionality. Eye catching views from all corners, maximized storage without taking up too much visual space, with a relaxed stylish tone. Also,a designated workplace with a desk.

Warm greys with kicks of difused whites, natural material feels, a splash of greenery, mirros for baths of light refflections and drops of brass, here and there. An overall feeling of soft, saturated and difused warmth, that also keeps contrast in place.
